Busted Thumbs can assist you with your renovations and remodels--whether you want to just freshen-up your bathroom with new fixtures, flooring and paint, turn a garage or basement into new living space, or completely re-purpose part of your house.

In addition to maintaining our high-quality service standards, one of our primary goals is to remain flexible in order to meet the unique requirements of each of our clients. We can design your renovation/remodel for you, help you turn your personal vision into a design, or follow a pre-existing design. Additionally, we can perform all stages of many renovations and remodels, or we can work as a subcontractor doing specific tasks as part of a larger team. If your project requires a licensed tradesman (such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC), we will be happy to work with those that you contract or handle the contracting for you in order to ensure your project is completed properly and on-schedule.

The eminent philosopher Mike Tyson once said "Everyone's got a plan 'til they get punched in the mouth", and large home projects certainly bring out the truth in that! To reduce surprises for both us and for our clients, we carefully assess your needs and home ahead of time and create a detailed work plan upon which we base a free estimate. Unfortunately it is impossible to completely eliminate surprises (for example, those unforeseeable plumbing and electrical nightmares often hiding behind the drywall or the water damage languishing under the toilet or bathtub). When surprises arise, we will determine alternative courses of action and work with you to determine the option with which you are most comfortable.
